Our Mission

SQGATE was founded with a singular vision: to democratize hardware design education by bringing professional-grade Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools directly into the modern web browser. For decades, learning digital electronics required students to navigate complex, heavy desktop applications. Our platform eliminates that friction, offering a seamless, client-side digital logic simulator that runs instantly anywhere, anytime.

What We Build

We provide a comprehensive suite of digital electronics tools tailored for engineering students, educators, and hobbyists:

• Visual Circuit Simulator: An interactive, drag-and-drop workspace supporting everything from basic logic gates (AND, OR, NOT) to advanced memory arrays and ALUs.
• Finite State Machine (FSM) Designer: A graphical tool to draw Moore and Mealy state diagrams and instantly generate synthesizable Verilog HDL code.
• Interactive K-Map Solver: A built-in solver for up to 6-variable Karnaugh Maps, automatically identifying prime implicants and simplifying Boolean algebra.
• Logic Quest: A gamified educational module designed to help beginners master logic minimization through constraints.

Privacy & Architecture

We believe in data ownership and privacy. The entire SQGATE application executes locally within your browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly technologies. When you save a circuit, it is stored locally via IndexedDB. Your intellectual property and circuit designs are never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them via a generated link.
