1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SQGATE ("we", "our", "the service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Use of Service

SQGATE provides a web-based digital logic circuit simulator. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
If you purchase a "SQGATE PRO" subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways (Razorpay).

4. Intellectual Property

The logic designs and circuits you create using SQGATE are your intellectual property. However, the software, UI, and simulation engine belong exclusively to SQGATE. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the simulator code itself.

5. Limitation of Liability

SQGATE is an educational tool. We do not guarantee that the simulation results perfectly match physical hardware constraints (e.g., precise propagation delays, voltage drops). We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
